Today on the podcast Jess is talking about her morning self-care routine which includes lots of coffee, her 'thinking chair' and journaling or reading. Good morning! 'The Great Resignation', 'The Great Awakening'...call it what you will but people are leaving their jobs in droves. This morning we are taking a long look at why people are quitting as well as what is holding some people back even though they know it would improve their mental health and happiness.

Jess made a career change after almost 15 years with the same company. We're talking about how our life has changed (for the good) since she made the move to a new company, a different position and an entirely different industry.

Good morning! Or should we say Top 'O the Morning :) Jess' family has Irish heritage so St. Patrick's Day has always been a big deal to her. Our kids tried to catch a leprechaun last night and that little stinker tore apart our whole house!

The weather is giving us spring fever! We're talking summer plans and the first 'normal' summer since 2019. Do you ever think back at the things we did in the spring of 2020 and just feel like it was a movie or something? Like scrubbing groceries, having 'driveway parties'.... it's wild. We're looking back and looking ahead this morning!
