 Sincere repentance is a determination to align our lives with

God's will.

 Sincere repentance is motivated by sorrow.

 Sincere repentance leads to a new direction.

Jesus is the promised Son who defeats the serpent and gives us the victory.

How does the serpent still work in our world today and what hope do we have?

In the final chapter of Genesis, Joseph's interaction with his brothers teaches us about the nature of forgiveness and how God works in our world.

The announcement of Jesus' birth was met with many different responses. Why are there so many responses to the news that the King has come, and what is the response of your heart?

Like Joseph, we all experience times when our lives are turned upside down and do not go how we expected. What do we do in those time? How can we live faithfully obedient lives for God in an uncertain and troubling world?

The New Testament begins by listing names of Jesus’ ancestors, including pagans, Israelites, Gentiles, kings, sinners, outcasts, and average Joe’s. It’s not just a history lesson. It’s a message: since Jesus came FROM people such as these, He came FOR people such as these. There’s a place for you in the family of God! You won’t wanna miss this! Don’t let a little rain stop you from coming to worship the Savior.

If we walk in darkness, we can't fellowship with God. If we walk in the Light of God, we can fellowship with God. Jesus cleans us and corrects us lovingly. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves. If we confess our sins, God forgives us and cleans us. If we say we have not sinned, we make God a liar and his word is not in us

As Jacob pronounces blessings over his children, they discover that not all of these "blessings" are what they anticipated. What does it mean to be blessed of God?

Even though we've been blessed with so much, we're not a very thankful people. So why do we fail to give thanks and appreciate all we've received?
