The Peach State implemented a new voting law, and EVERYONE, including Great Aunt Harriet of course, has an opinion. But do these armchair experts actually know what the bill says? Maybe, maybe not - but you sure can! In this episode, the legal A-Team identifies six big-ticket provisions in the GA voting bill and breaks down what the provisions say, and provides perspective from both sides of the coin. The issues discussed are (1) State Election Board’s power to remove and replace local election superintendents; (2) I.D. requirement; (3) creation of drop boxes; (4) shorter periods for run-offs; and (5) restrictions on handing out water.
