With the filing of a lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services, America's Frontline Doctors (AFDLS) have jumped headfirst into what will likely be a long season of legal challenges related to COVID protocols and vaccines. SURROGACY - Kim K has done it, Khole Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were considering it, and one of Andrea’s former high school teachers and her husband went through it. As technology advances, surrogacy is becoming an option not only for the uber-rich and famous, but also for dentists, lawyers, teachers, and other normal people. Your favorite legal A-Team dive into what surrogacy is, the different types, explain the terms you need to know and give an overview of Texas law regarding surrogacy.
