This spring, we shared the story of our Action 2 News This Morning reporter Kristyn Allen.  She and her husband Greg welcomed twins last December, joining big sister Bailey. About six weeks later, Braelyn and Brielle got sick, and they ended up at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.   Braelyn needed intensive treatment for several weeks. Happily, the entire family is now back at home.  Cami Rapson talks with Kristyn and Greg about adjusting to life with twins, and some medical challenges that continue.

Longtime reporter Jerry Burke is being honored this month by the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association as a local broadcast legend.  Jerry spent more than three decades at WBAY working on stories for the Fox Valley before retiring in 2007.  We speak with Jerry about the stories that still affect him to this day, as well as his lifelong love of aviation. 

You might not know his name, but you know the legacy of Frank Shankwitz, He is one of the creators of the Make-A-Wish, the non-profit that has granted a half million wishes for children all over the world.

Shankwitz says his nomadic life taught him to give back. His book Wish Man also inspired a major motion picture and is being released this June.   Find out how a simple phone call to help one boy, launched a movement that changes lives every day.

Reporter/Anchor Jeff Alexander and Photojournalist Bill Kumbalek traveled with 52 Vietnam veterans on an Old Glory Honor Flight back to Vietnam.  They saw the veterans become brothers as the men exchanged stories.  As they re-visited many of the  places that impacted the veterans’ lives for the last 50 years, the men experienced a life-changing event.   Jeff and Bill share those stories, plus some of the behind-the-scenes experiences that marked this trip.

Jim Schmitt recently left office after serving four terms as Green Bay mayor. Schmitt talks about his time in office, some of the projects he's most proud of, and what one proposal he championed that never got off the ground.   Schmitt also takes about political adversaries, his issues with campaign finance laws and what advice he has for Green Bay's future.  Recorded on location at the Hotel Northland in downtown Green Bay.
