Why is it difficult for some men to share their innermost thoughts and feelings? Could it be that we teach our boys to be tough and tell them not to cry and we continue to mold and shape them that way into adulthood? My special guest Tim Shuman expresses how he processed grief and shares his thoughts on the subject.  

How difficult is it for a man to express his feelings on the loss of a love one and why?  Men are expected to be strong and taught as a child that men don't cry, says Tim Shuman. The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:4, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." It does not say blessed are woman. Men mourn, men hurt, men cry...and it is okay!

Get A Grip on the season you are in! No matter what is happening in your life, remember that this too shall pass because seasons change. Trust God in the good season and in the not so good season.

How do you hold on to your faith when everything around you seems to be falling apart? You go to God's word to remind yourself of who He is and of His great love for you! Fight the good fight of faith! Fight to keep your faith no matter what comes your way! Without faith it is impossible to please God. God will see you through to the other side of your difficulties. Keep a tight grip on your faith and no matter how strong the wind blows in your life, never let go!
