informing book

Informing! This is just what I needed for money making strategies. I have studied market management but was still missing minor components of what is drastically needed to make more out of what I have. Alan Rice does such a great job delivering his content and his knowledge to his reader so that they may understand the importance of percentages, pitfalls and types of trading to be successful. Worth recommending!

This book is well written book about Options Trading. If you know how to play your cards right then success is in your reach. Just make sure that you are realistic amount the time that you can spend researching and investing in options. Some strategies require constant monitoring to be able to cash out at the right time, so make sure that you are able to frequently check the markets and get out at the point of maximum profability.

Great Book!

Amazing book! Options trading is a tough terminology especially for those who may have heard of it but may not necessarily understand it. Omg, this book sucks!

It only suggest the obvious. I only purchased it because it was seemingly cheap, and hoped I would at least learn something. I think your better off taking those couple of bucks and buy yourself a lottery ticket.

And that narrator should do anything but reading out loud.

Dipping Your Toes in The Landlord Pond

This is a relatively short book about real estate investing and, more specifically, investing in rental properties that can provide a passive income. The author contends that turnkey rentals are a good option, and the easiest way to acquire one is to purchase one that already exists. Alternatively, you can search out and find a property for yourself and then hire a property management company to manage it for you. The author does not mention buying a property and managing it yourself, which is probably the cheapest way to get into the landlord game. He provides general guidelines but is vague on the specifics. Having been in this business myself, I know it is risky and not for amateurs. Determining whether a property will make money for you is not something you can do based on a book like this one, although this might be a good place to start in terms of finding the right area and property, choosing a turnkey company to manage it for you, and mistakes to avoid.
