Finally something tangible

Usually self-help books, which this book is for me, are very abstract and repeating the same old stuff with different adjectives. This one, however, brings the learning points with personal stories in quick and dirty style. if you have internalized the all-time most popular self development books, then the gist you know already. but the story is worth of buying the book. if you haven't read the above-mentioned books, then skip them and get this one. This one delivers the same message in much more pleasant and faster way. Kudos to author!

Much of it already heard before...but nice compilation of best practices. good reminder to stay focused and keep writing a top priority.

Good brief overview of techniques

For what it is - a brief overview of issues and techniques - it does a great job of making you aware.

The narration is, at times, a little chopped up and sometimes doesn't have a natural flow to it, but it's not dreadful.

I recommend this to anyone wondering if they have a good overview of the issues and techniques on this topic. It offers good referrals as well if you wish to dive deeper on a topic.

Basic self-help for academics

Gopalakrishnan isn't saying anything brand new or groundbreaking, and chances are you've heard most of the advice before, but there are a lot of resources here, collated succinctly. It's sometimes nice to hear the words "you're not perfect, but here's how to do your best", even when you're supposedly among the most highly educated people in the world.

It is very short. I felt I wasted my credit. There is nothing new about the ideas in this short audiobook, you can find them in most books on Time management & productivity. The main massage write everyday. However, it was good to listen to a massage from academics to academics.

This was a super quick listen filled with straight forward, real world advice for handmade business creators. It opened my eyes to the possibility of using unique suppliers and gives several ideas of where to find them. I have a handmade business that I'm in the process of revamping and changing up some. Playbook for negotiations!

Best way to describe it is as a playbook on negotiations. Dr. Davidds provides concrete examples about the stages and tactics in negotiations. The definitions of the various types of negotiation styles allows the reader to learn about their own preferences, as well as styles they can incorporate when necessary. The tools including the backwards mapping serve to thoroughly prepare for negotiations. The topics covered in substantial detail make this a book to reference as part of any preparation for negotiations. It helped me realize so much of negotiations are about who you are, how you present yourself and what expectations you have going into them. I simply can't stop talking about this book!

Lame basic info the you could get from a article in USA today. Total scam.

waste of time

the book was nothing but generalizations and only scratched the surface on Marijuana dispensaries. it did not even mention commercial grows or "grow facilities" I am very disappointed with this writer and book. I am and have been in the industry for some time now, and consult for different clients. I decided to listen to some books while on a long drive and can't stress enough how disappointed I am in this material. the only upside to the entire 22 mins is a brief read (less than a min) on what tyoe of ppw a dispensry may need to start. the narrator did well, only criticism would be the pronunciationof the word indica.

There was literally no information, and as soon as I heard in the beginning that there were dispensaries in Florida, I knew this book was total garbage.

There is some good information, primarily about dispensaries.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I would have either discussed Grow Facilities as promised in the title or deleted those 2 words because there is barely a mention of the growing side of the industry.
