This book was recommended to me by a close friend
This book was recommended to me by a close friend. Although I am not a real estate agent & generally have very little interest in this subject matter, the style of this authorâs writing, especially the (entertaining & horrifying) vignettes she provided to illustrate some of her main ideas, kept me spellbound until I had finished reading the entire book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in real esatate or to someone about to go through the process of buying/selling a piece of property. Thumbs up!
Step-by-Step Reference Manual for Investors & Other Home Sellers
I'm a full-time real estate investor. And among fellow investors, buying and renting houses gets all the attention. But SELLING successfully is where real estate investors actually cash in on their big profits. For that reason, this book by Mindy Jensen should be an essential part of any real estate investor's bookshelf.
The structure and content of the book are incredibly comprehensive. Following the path of a normal sale, the author guides you through the essential steps you should take before putting a house on the market, how to list and market the house, and then how to navigate the challenges of offers, contracts, and closings. No steps were left out.
I especially love that the author is both an agent and an investor. Her unique perspectives and advice show that she is a person who has invested her own money in real estate rather than just make commissions. I also love that she covers both the nitty gritty details, like contract contingencies and avoiding wire fraud, as well as the big picture concepts like pricing and why you should sell in the first place.
I think this book will become a go-to reference manual for investors, new home sellers, and anyone else looking to sell their house more confidently and with the least stress. I highly recommend it.

This book Pays for itself 1,000 Times over!
The great thing about Mindyâs book is she combines great useful information, with real life stories and finally profession bullet tips. Spunky, fun read with extremely accurate great information. Iâm a real estate investor and I can tell you most sellers make a ton of mistakes when selling. This book would pay for itself literally 1,000 times over if a seller is wise enough to read Mindyâs book before choosing an agent and listing their home for sale.
