This audible book is nothing more than a series of sounds- thunderstorm, rain , wind etc. There is no audible speech hence subliminal I guess- it could be telling you to rob a bank for all I know.

To make matters worse it just starts with the sound of a roaring fire there is not even any instruction.

Confusing ???

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I think that there should have been instructions on relaxing the body to receive the information on the upcoming chapters. There wasn't any preparation what-so-ever! I was not happy with the results from beginning to end. This was a waste of my money.

The author should prepare a person for what is to coming. There should be some techniques on breathing and relaxation. This would help in preparing the body and mind to recieve further instructions subliminally.
