When it comes to self-awareness and empowerment, any tool that “tastes” right according to you, or that “lights you up” (gets you buzzed) is likely the tool that will serve your growth and development.
Today I’ll discuss the Human Design tool. I use this system of self-awareness and spiritual development in my own life and with my coaching clients.
Here are the INGREDIENTS mixed together to form the “signature cocktail” of Human Design:
Astrology
I-Ching
Kabbalah
Chakra System
Quantum Physics
Each of these “ingredients” gives you information regarding your:
essence
authentic self
highest potential
aligned/intentional way of living
Questions for your consideration:
What do you notice in your body as you “taste” Human Design? Do you feel light, expansive, buzzed and lit up? Or, do you feel flat?
What is your brain telling you regarding the ingredients?
You love the taste of it
You love you get when you drink it
