One year ago Michael saw that he was the heaviest he had ever been after weighing himself before getting on a helicopter. He had to sit at the back of the helicopter while all his friends got to sit up front and enjoy the views. He decided it was time to make some changes. He began running to lose weight and fell in love with it. In less than a year, Michael went from a "non-runner" to an ultrarunner, completing his first 100mile race just a few weeks ago! Listen now for his race recap and how running changed his life.
