Sometimes we tend to take life just a little too seriously. Living in high emotion and little enjoyment for where God has placed us. Don't wait for life to pass you by just to realize just how good it was.

In this episode we are talking about what being "desperate for God" really looks like. What does it mean to seek time with God over everything else? What does it look like to place Him above anything this world has to offer?

Too often we take our freedom to spend time with God for granted. We put Jesus on the backburner to our day to day life, fitting Him in our schedules whenever it's most convenient.

Let's get back to the way it started, when our relationship with God meant more to us than anything else. Let's get desperate for Jesus again.

In this episode we talk all things faith in a culture that has blurred the lines of what it really means to be a Christ-follower. We wear our title of Christian in our Instagram bios and have it lightly written on our hearts, but we've forgotten the whole point. To have a deep and personal relationship with Jesus. We won't get that by scrolling, watching sermons, or even listening to podcasts. Those are simply supplemental. That deep desire to learn, to be filled, to grow, to understand, can only be satisfied by going to the source. Open up the Bibles, talk to God, sit with Him, make room for Him, let's get desperate for Jesus.

Round two of more sweet characteristics that make up who God is and, of course, all the Bible verses to back it up!! I hope this episode fills your heart as much as it did mine. God is such a good, kind, loving, and merciful God. He wants a deep and personal connection with us, and in order to have that we have to first choose to live for Him. Praise God for His endless grace.
