This week we decided to address a topic which many of us tend to shy away from, or ignore. One of our listeners requested that we discuss death, how we deal (or don't deal) with it in our culture, and the reasons for this tendency to pretend that death isn't an inevitable part of life.
We looked at how many other words we have for death...someone "passed", "kicked the bucket", "bought the farm" to name just a few.
How do you deal with death in your friend group? Your family? And in your own mind?
Are you convinced that if you just don't talk about it, it won't happen?
We'd love to hear from you.
Be sure to let us know your thoughts on this or any other subject...you are the reason we do these podcasts!
