The illusion world is full of distractions. It's easy to get off track and disconnected. The biggest distraction is you are not enough. Appearance, personality and status is all measured by size and placed into a box is Success or fail. This is complete BS. 

You are worthy of it all. It takes daily practice of connection( anything that makes you feel home and happy) to truly stay in shape spiritually.
