What if meditation isn't always about going higher… but about going deeper into your body?

In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal spiritual practice that has completely changed the way I experience meditation, my body, my intuition, and my connection to the Divine.

For years, traditional meditation would leave me feeling blissed out, light, airy, and sometimes almost out of my body. While I loved those experiences, I eventually realized that what I actually needed was the opposite. I needed to become more present, embodied, and grounded.

That’s when I discovered chanting the name of God.

What if you’re already sensing energy — but you simply haven’t learned how to recognize it?

Energy doesn’t always show up as a vision, a message, or an obvious intuitive knowing. Sometimes it’s a physical sensation.
You hear something and suddenly feel icky, uncomfortable, or energetically “dirty.” You meet someone and feel yourself contract. Or, on the other hand, someone walks into a room and you suddenly feel lighter, more alive, expanded, or joyful.

Sometimes you can even feel like the air in the room has changed.
I share some of my own experiences with sensing the energy of people and spaces — including a fun connection to something I grew up watching in Bollywood: those dramatic entrances where a glamorous actress walks into a room and suddenly there’s wind blowing through her hair. 

What if that dramatic visual is actually communicating something we all intuitively understand?

You don't have to consider yourself psychic to begin exploring this.

Start with your body.

Start noticing.

Start getting curious about what happens when you encounter different people, words, environments, emotions, and situations.
Your intuition may not always speak in sentences.

Sometimes... it speaks through sensation. And sometimes, you were sensing the energy all along you just didn't have the language for it.

What if tarot cards aren't actually meant to predict your future?

In this episode we're having a very casual and honest conversation about tarot, intuition, spirituality, free will, and the way we use spiritual tools to navigate our lives.

I've never offered tarot readings to clients, and I don't use tarot every day, week, or month. I personally use it very occasionally — mainly when my “monkey mind” is asking for evidence and wants to connect the dots.

My belief is simple:

Tarot doesn't create your reality. Tarot doesn't replace your intuition. And tarot doesn't take away your free will.

Instead, I see tarot as a tool that can reflect current themes, energies, and patterns — giving your mind something to work with while YOU remain responsible for your choices, your creation, and your direction.

Why does it seem like the people who hurt us are thriving while we’re the ones struggling?

In this very candid and conversational episode  I’m exploring one of the questions I hear again and again from clients, friends, family and one I’ve asked myself throughout my own life:

Why are my enemies doing so well?

We talk about karma, justice, energetic boomerangs, boundaries, self-sabotage, receiving, nervous system capacity, and the ways we may unknowingly create space for the same experiences to keep showing up in our lives.

Rather than focusing on whether someone else is “good” or “bad,” this conversation invites you to turn the lens inward and ask:

✨ Who am I being right now?
✨ What am I allowing and tolerating?
✨ What am I giving my energy, attention and time to?
✨ What am I making space for?
✨ Where do I need stronger boundaries?
✨ Am I helping others from genuine alignment or at my own expense?
✨ What does my current reality reveal about what I believe I deserve and can receive?

Sometimes the greatest shift isn't getting revenge, proving someone wrong, or waiting for karma to arrive.

Sometimes it's reclaiming your energy, becoming sovereign in your choices, creating clearer boundaries, and changing what you're available for.

This is an open conversation rather than a traditional teaching episode just a space to reflect, question, and look at life from another perspective.

Can another person really have power over you?

Can someone give you the evil eye, spiritually attack you, or take away what God has given you?

In this episode of Ripples by Jia, I'm exploring a topic that has many different perspectives: evil eye, spiritual attacks, negative energy, protection, discernment, and boundaries.

I believe deeply that no human being should have ultimate power over your destiny. We are connected to Source, and we each have the power to return to our heart, strengthen our discernment, and overcome obstacles.

But I also believe spirituality is multidimensional.

Sometimes the greatest protection isn't fear.

It's discernment.

It's recognizing what energies you're consenting to.
It's understanding where your boundaries are leaking.
It's noticing who, what, and where you are allowing into your field.

And sometimes?

The "evil eye" may not be coming from someone else at all.

It may be your own fear.
Your own shadows.
Your own self-sabotage.
The expectation that something bad is about to happen.

In this episode, we explore:

Look at your environment.
Look at your boundaries.
Look at what you are allowing into your life.

And most importantly, look within.

Because protection is not only about shielding yourself from the outside world.

Sometimes, the greatest spiritual protection is recognizing what is happening inside of you and choosing not to consent to the energy anymore.

Get off the damn ride.

Pray. Protect your energy. Strengthen your boundaries. Trust your heart.
