Ich habe dieses Hörbuch mit in den Urlaub mitgenommen. Der Plan, die Kapitel auf alle Urlaubstage zu verteilen, ist im Ansatz gescheitert - da ich alles in nur einer Nacht durchgehört habe. Kompliment an den Autor für seine außergewöhnlich packende und berührende Erzählung.

Our Kid

I ran into a person on a transatlantic cruise who had the book by this title. The person had borrowed the book up from the cruise library. She was unable to finish it in time for me to read. Publish in England I didn't think that I would have much luck getting it state side, as it was pubblished a good few years ago. As soon as I got home I went on Amazon.com and bought it for one cent. What a find. I always look at Amazon.com for hard to find books. Most times I am lucky and find them. Shipping is always reasonable too.

Heartwarming, a walk down memory lane

A joy to read from the first page to the last. Couldn't put it down and once I'd read it, had the next one lined up. I've read all seven of the books in the series and now I'm at a loss because there are no more. I'll be starting over again I think!
