A LEFT AT PHOENIX HEADED TO ANTARCTICA
WOW!!!
This one take a left hand turn at Phoenix and I thought for a while it would end up in the Antarctic. As you begin this one keep in mind that these are very possessive alien males who do not share well. Sex is the key to their claiming rituals.
In this story Addason and Lurr volunteer to go to the space station orbiting Earth's moon to help protect Earth from the Federation who wants to strip it of all it's natural resources including it's female population. Their hope is that being so close they will be able to find their own Earth female to mate with. While deflecting an attack on earth, their ship smashes into the surface and lands on back side of an Australian Juju Berry Farm belonging to Claire. It is a very remote area and is bordered by an Australian military facility, whom she has won a court battle against to keep them off her property.
A crash occurs and the military arrives in the middle of the night and request permission to search for survivors. Claire agrees to let them on the property and immediately regrets her choice. She then set out on her own to find any survivors before the military does as she is suspicious that they are looking for aliens to capture and experiment on. When she comes upon the craft in her lake, and find Addason on the shore trying to help his injured friend Lurr, she immediately is attracted to him. They take Lurr on the back of her horse Patrick to her place where she treats Lurr. She is attracted to him as well as to his friend Addason.
One thing leads to another and before you know it she has had sex with both males who both believe she is their mate. From there things get dicey. Remember even friends don't share.
I think you will really like this new one and the twists it takes to make it to the end.

This book has a nice start to it. I loved the character of Addassar and really wanted him to find his mate. What I wasn't expecting was for the Ms. Castle to throw in Lurr. That was annoying! I felt that after two previous books, Addassar deserved a stand alone book with his own heroine. Instead He had to share it with a character from the last book, Lurr, who did not make much of an impact. I liked the character of Claire, but again though only Addassar should have been for her. Instead it became a threesome. Not that I have anything against that, but to showcase Addassar in the last book so much and then just thrown him in with another, not really likeable character, was not much justification. I also wish she would have spent a bit more time expanind the relationship between the three.
