Brande and Dave are back talking Suits and the fact that Jessica was married! The Mike and Rachel flirtfest takes a new turn, and Mike gets his first case!

Harvey takes on a case he does not want in order to help Jessica's ex-husband and we talk about it all in this quick case!

Brande and Dave are back and they are going to get legal help in the form of listener Legal Eric, a lawyer in Florida who is offering assistance in determining what is law vs. what is Hollywood, and we'll meet him in later episodes.

This episode introduces McKernon Motors and their new CEO who has plans to sell their US land and move them overseas. Harvey and Mike work to find a replacement before the company is irreversibly harmed. 

In the other major plot line, Mike is placed in charge of the Rookie Dinner, and needs help from Rachel, as the two start to bond, which may lead to something more, but he has an intimate moment with Trevor's girlfriend Jenny, and all hell breaks loose.

Dave and Brande are back talking Suits. Mike lands his first client after Louis tries to entrap him, Harvey wins a big settlement, and we learn just how good Louis looks without his shirt and why he creeps people out. Rachel spurns Mike while Mike gets himself in trouble making a deal he knew nothing about and almost loses Harvey's trust.
