We're kicking things off with a little winter warmer - we know that it's that time of the year where it's a bit cold and a bit miserable and staying in the warm bed is way more appealing than getting to a 6am class... which is why we have been bringing you our Get Moving Month on social media - to challenge you to keep moving just a little every day... because we know we feel better when we do!
