As I continue to discuss mental health during Mental Health Awareness month, I wanted to address a group of people that I felt are too often overlooked. This episode is sweet and to the point. It is my vocal letter to black men, with love. ENJOY!💙

It is May! Mental Health Awareness Month! Clearly, The pandemic has taken a toll on a lot of people and affected everyone differently. In this episode I am completely transparent about my own battles with mental health and what led me to the realization that I needed help. I’m hoping this helps someone who may need it.
