This was a great book that I highly recommend. Through stories the author easily explains the different ways a reverse mortgage works. I am in the loan industry myself and I know there is a lot of wrong information about reverse mortgages. Too many people think they are a bad thing and that is not true. This book shows story after story of how a reverse mortgage improved a persons quality of life. To think there is a program out there where you have no mortgage payment for the rest of your life is pretty amazing. To anyone who wants to learn about reverse mortgages this book is a must read.

Mr. Petrossi gives you a little insight into what types of passive income opportunities are available to just about anyone in this fast-moving technological era. He doesn't get too wordy with his examples and wants to encourage you to seek your own potential without only relying on this book for ideas. A quick read, brief and to the point. I got through this ebook in about 30 minutes and I feel it could definitely inspire some people to reach into their minds and bring out those ideas they've wanted to explore but didn't have the motivation to do so.

Waste of time. Very disappointing. Not impressed with this book. There are other many excellent Passive income books for the beginner to choose from; I would pass on this one. Not detailed enough. I thought it would be more in depth, nothing new or interesting.

Who "proved" these methods? Did the author actually make money doing this? Or did he just write a book about methods that he thought would appeal to other people, and then just make money selling that book? I think it's the latter!
