This podcast (I hope!) will provide dance studio owners worldwide value and insights into how to create, grow and run a successful dance or performance studio.

It's about getting out of what I call the "Teaching Trap" - where a studio owner feels they are too valuable (read: 'Irreplaceable') in their teaching role and this causes the crucial responsibilities of a studio owner to fall by the wayside.

It can be a very tough process to let go or scale back your teaching, but it's up to you to make sure you do what is best for the sake of your students and the future of your studio! And keep in mind that this isn't to say you can never go back to teaching - once you've brought on some extra help and things are running smoothly, you can always come back to fulfill your original passion! :)
