Here in the United States, we generally live in a world of convenience, instant gratification, and comfort. But is that always the best? Today on the podcast, we sit down and have a candid conversation about why we should seek ways to get out of our comfort zones more often. We talk about how society pulls us to stay within the safety of the comfort zone, why we feel it's beneficial to step outside of it, and some of our own personal stories that have led us to these conclusions. We urge you to consider ways to get uncomfortable, as we are both strong believers that true growth and learning occurs when you dance on that line between comfort and discomfort. Enjoy the episode, and don't forget to Go eat some plants, and do epic shit.
