I love to read over and over again
The book is stimulating my mind. It reminds me all behaviors in the past and motivates my future of thinking. I love to read over and over again.
Clear and Easy
Did the complex topic of emotions proud and really broke everything down in the chain of what happens when we feel strong emotions! I loved how it started from our human brain structures and went through so many real life examples that I could relate to.
100% one of the better "self development" books I've read, and it happens to be on a topic that I needed some help on. Lots of insight and real advice on managing your emotions better. It's refreshing to read about real tips that aren't just about being positive or meditation or something like that. Those books are soo unhelpful and I just felt like I took so many notes I need to go through it again! I know I've said it, but it's so thorough and gives you a ton of tools to tackle your emotions. Resilience is within reach now.

This book speaks to me, especially the last chapter. Just seemed to be such an accurate reflection of the struggles I've seen people go through. The last chapter is about emotional manipulation and abuse, and WOW powerful material presented. If you want to become tough as nails, this is definitely the book for you!
Good Insight on Emotional Resilience
Very good look at emotions and how they can make or break your day. Or life, if you let them. Lots to think about and gain introspection with after reading the science of emotional resilience. I have used the dashboarding process once already and I can see it becoming a routine part of my life.

This book uses science based on the study of psychology to help the reader to develop resistance against hardship.
