With Barbella on speed and Chris Stein right behind her, Blondie had all the ingredients to take on the world. But would internal friction pull the band apart? Would anyone take a blonde bombshell seriously as a frontwoman in a rock n roll band, and would Mike Chapman be able to polish these rough diamonds enough to see them dazzle the world?
