There's an initiative petition circulating in Oregon that almost has enough signatures to go on the November ballot. If this measure passed, it would make killing animals illegal. No hunting, no fishing, no killing mice in your home or rats. It would also stop artificial insemination of animals, calling it rape. Crazy? You know it.
