A natural gas ban in the city of Eugene gets dumped. City blames 9th circuit court decision but more likely they got ahold of polling that said NO WAY from the public. Good job citizens of Eugene. Oh, and Portland Oregon is talking about new terms that should not be used...like citizen. Plus, the Helena Montana Symphony under the stars event is this weekend.
