In this episode, WestCoast and I talk about our reset stories. For me, I was in a relationship too long and I was stressed out. For WestCoast, it was a major health issue that lead to his reset. Listen to find out especially if you are going through a hard time. Acknowledge what you are going through and when it's over, acknowledging what you went through is going to make you grow and understand. Don't forget that everything gets better and that our lord and savior or whoever yours is, will help guide you.
Alaine "WESTCOAST" Mobley Jr. was born in Detroit Michigan
(i.e. the other side of 8 mile) where Pimpin and Hustling was created!
And being Phat made it even harder to make an impact on the
Entertainment Industry. Being a self-taught producer,
arranger, writer, and promoter. Phatman got a crash course in "Street
Game" from the School of hard knocks and being blessed with a gift to
gab made it easier to talk to Record Executives, C.E.O'S, and A & R's.
Phatman could always say the right things at the right time!
Performing in Showcases, Freestyle Battles and Talent Searches.
Westcoast made a name for himself
When he started being a hype man for a Local DJ Crew called "Direct
Drive" He also was a part of a break dancing crew called "Rock Steady"
and once again Westcoast stole the show. Phatman has always been the
type of artist that takes two steps forward, always striving for
perfection in Music, Life, and Business. In the year 2005, Westcoast
toured with some of the well-known artists that started Rap such as:
Sugar Hill Gang, Doug E. Fresh, Grandmaster Flash, Scorpio, and some
New School acts like: Justin Timberlake, Carl Thomas, and Joe just to
name a few. Westcoast also continues his plythe for the children. With
his non-profit "Big Homies", Westcoast is in full swing with his up
and coming TV Show called "BBW TV" which shows the different stages of
how a local artist goes about getting his music published, played, and
distributed for the world to see. This show brings realism and life
situations to light showing you how to really stretch a dollar to get
where you have to be as an independent artist. Phatman is a self-made
business man that can do everything from producing, promotions,
performing, and hosting events. He is truly the ideal artist for any
record label looking to make major money being an artist. So in the
words of westcoast. "Step You Game Up" Keep your eyes and ears open
because ready or not here he come's.

In this episode, Tina and I discuss how important it is to give yourself permission. Many people never do the thing they want to do or need to do because they don't know how to give themselves permission. Stop looking for approval from other people. You as your own person are allowed to be happy and you CAN make your OWN choices. And remember, it's not selfish to do so.
BIO
Tina Fletcher is an advocate for Self Permission guiding women stop living on autopilot and start making choices that truly serve them. As a speaker and author, she challenges the invisible rules that keep women stuck—proving that putting yourself first isn’t selfish, it’s the only way to give from personal strength, not exhaustion.

In this enlightening episode, Dallas Collis and I discuss how he has left his stories behind. He only lives for right now. All we want as humans is to be happy so why don't we live for those moments that make us... happy? Stop your worrying. Nothing will go exactly to your worry scenario anyway. Stop telling yourself it's actual truth and fact. That's how we trick ourselves. I'm guilty of it, too! Everything always works out, haven't you noticed? In the end, something good always comes from something bad and remember; you didn't die. Please enjoy this episode as I did recording it for you! I hope you get amazing value out of it and that it helps you live for the NOW and you can leave your stories behind. You can shape your life how you want it to be.

In this episode, Fae West and I talk about our reset stories. Though there are many, there's always one that really stands out. For her, it was receiving a large sum of money in her life when she desperately needed it. For me, it was moving into a new place after a break up and becoming sick back to back and then meeting the love of my life.
Fae West is an artist, coach & healer. Her work holds space for deep transformation, from a place of gentle power. Trained as a transpersonal art therapist, she lifts methods and approaches from this practice, like art, movement and working with sound, and weaves them into the coaching process.

In this episode, Sarah and I first discuss her way of living which is in an RV! We then go into how people who need to make more money, chase it by going in all kinds of different directions by starting things that can potentially make them money. It is important to be ambitious in life but always master ONE THING before you move on to something else. You don't want to have your toes dipped in too many projects or nothing will ever get done. This can cause overwhelm because you're doing too much.
In his episode, Jaitara and I discuss how she helps people heal their sexual trauma. She uses a more rare technique to do so, listen and find out! - It can also be applied to other trauma or anxieties.
