Q: Hello Beau, I currently have an SBA loan of approximately $4.5 million. This loan was obtained for the purpose of acquiring a business, without involving any commercial real estate (CRE). I am aware that the SBA imposes a cap of $5 million on the aggregate amount. However I am interested in purchasing a warehouse for my business. Is there a possibility of obtaining high leverage financing similar to an SBA loan?
