Vladimir was raised in the former Soviet Union. Came over to the states and Detroit in 1990.  Has had an expansive career ranging from computer and marketing solutions to commercial marketing material printing, he started companyfolders.com in 2003 and since then his team has been delivering high quality printed folders and essential marketing materials to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small family-based businesses.

In this episode Vladimir shares with us how he went from losing over 75% of his companies volume almost overnight in 2012, how he not only was able to survive it, but did not have to lay off 1 single employee.

Vladimir dives into the secrets of creating his team in his hiring process. He shares the mistakes that he used to make in hiring and how it cost his company years of progress.  

Vladimir then  talks about his new process on hiring and firing and goes through details on what he does and how you can duplicate in your business.
