I drive head first into my first "meditation" session of stoicism and share my thoughts on some of what I read. And I share what I did read! That was nerve wracking for sure. But that is the point of this podcast to grow into a better person and keep getting through it. I strive to document what I can and share all the cringy moments and honestly some of the worst moments of this podcast with you all. I am doing this to show growth eventually.

In this episode I am explaining all 3 of my etas I use in my robin hood dividend portfolio. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. I go into what they are getting me for the year and what or how they have increased for the dividends. I share that these aren't my only ETFs but they are the only ones in my main dividend portfolio. I know growth is or should be more my speed with my time horizon but it is not in my eyes as of right now but it will eventually take up a larger chunk of this portfolio. 

In this episode I talk about my "real estate" portfolio. Its my portion or sector that I have filled with REITS. I have done this so that one day in the future I will not have to worry about rent or a mortgage and my investments will be able to pay that off for me and sort of sets me up for Financial independence hopefully for 35 if not sooner. This will sort of be a series where I show off my entire portfolio in sections and show the shares and what I get yearly from them. And share with you how that goal has changed since tracking.

In this episode I talk about why I have been gone and my plans going forward to be more consistent on this podcast. I review what I've read so far in the Index book. I share some of my pet peeves of what it had to say and what I think about some of the concepts it has shared in the first 2 chapters or so. I have been doing personal finance stuff for the last 4-5 years of my life but by no means is this financial advice. Take everything I say and do your own research on it as well. DOnt take the words of a stranger on the internet to form your views. Take 5-10 minutes a day to figure stuff out for yourself.

This is a new start with the podcast. But I am here and I am ready to get going with the new year
