Have you heard of Chef DJ Tangalin?! He's a local chef who's cooked at some of the best kitchens in town! He's also managed and created several of his own restaurants, too! His take on fine dining and developing Filipino fusion dishes is out of this world! At his previous restaurant, he had a dish called Beef Rib Kare Kare... I know, right?! Think of your favorite Filipino dish, kare kare, mixed with hearty, humongous beef ribs!
