We're two lifelong besties who are on a mission to live more presently, dig a little deeper and give this thing called life all we've got. 

We've learned along the way that being a human-being can be messy, which is why at GGW we're here to uplift, keep it real, and share the knowledge we've learned on our own self-awareness journeys.
