When you are aware, acknowledge and honor your emotions you get in the driver seat and are able to regulate them and not be overpowered by your body's and minds responses and interpretations to repressed emotions. You stay read so you ain't gotta get ready. Stop resisting being human. "Say it with me I'm human, not a robot!" And stop treating people like they are a well. We all have a responsibility to uphold. It's not about healing all the time it's about just BEing! Hope this put some things into perspective. 🙏🏾💜 "It's ok to FEEL" series was merged w/this one....As we heal and awaken to SELF-awareness we will have to relearn how to regulate, acknowledge and validate our feelings. Tools and space we may not have gotten as a child. Our inner child may have had our feelings, emotions and behaviors of reprimanded, shamed or misunderstood. The solutions that we were given could've taught us to bottle them up so we weren't able to really FEEL as the HUMANS we are. This EMOTIONAL(energetic) ignorance and lack of validation created a sense of normalcy see that we internalized as, "this is how you're supposed to be, you're not supposed to feel." That's why I take a more holistic approach to liberation of the spirit. Sometimes the spiritual trends and movements make you so focus so much on the spirit that and you get lost in your spirit not even realising that the your spirit needs you to have this human experience as well that's why I always say it's more of a balance, it's art, it's a dance. The journey is mastering self the journey is balancing and understanding the interconnectivity of spiritual, mental, physical and emotional awareness and regulation.
