Sharing our lives with others on social media comes with its set of ups and downs. In the past couple of years, it has become some sort of necessity in order to keep in touch with the people we love. In this episode, we talk about our relationship with social media, struggles and all, and how we have dealt with and developed a healthier relationship with these platforms. We talk to our “cousin” Heather about her academic journey, tips for a healthy work-play balance, how she found her calling and what her adult life has been like. We learned a lot from her, so we hope you do too! <3

INTROVERTS AND EXTROVERTS ARE REPRESENTED IN DIS PODCAST!!!!!!!!! Are you introverted or extroverted? Or maybe even both? We know personalities and social skills are one of the many things that have gotten super confusing na throughout this quarantine period, but we hope some of our reflections on this are able to resonate with you. Even if our personalities have transformed over time, we still have ourselves and there’s no harm or rush in getting reacquainted with who we’ve become.
