Tremendous insight into how to regain control of my business
This book has totally changed my approach to my own business. Jeff Martin has nailed it! I consider myself a "serial entrepreneur" having started several businesses. Martin offers seven systems that, when combined, afforded me clarity and a depth of understanding as to what drives me and my business. Probably the most powerful system he offers is the first - "Attraction". The epiphany form me was the identification of my "avatar" - my ideal client. It is impressive how Martin shows the importance of slicing and dicing your ideal customer/client to not only zero in on buying habits but how family life, recreation, salary, and overall psyche play into understanding who we want to engage.
I strongly recommend "Business Mulligan" to any business owner in search of a system that will help them regain control of their business.

Great business book! Easy to read, and has a ton of quickly actionable ideas to help restore you to the driver's seat of your business. If you're like me, and you struggle with working on your biz, not in it, get this book!
It's for anyone in leadership!
Not only did this offer insights into the business world, for me as an administrator of a school it gave tips and strategies which translate into better leadership and management strategies. Excellent read!
