Sometimes we become so established in our ways that we do not even realize it is possible to live a better life. But when we stop to rest, we can recognize the toll life is taking – the subtle dissatisfactions, the questioning. 

We ask ourselves, “Is this all there is?” “Is this what I’m meant to be/do/have?” “Is it too late to find happiness?”

If we don’t slow down to listen, life will usually give us something to stop us in our tracks so we can hear. But you don’t have to wait for a tragic event. You can listen now.
