In her book titled Therapize Yourself, Carrie shares an easy-to-follow step-by-step process for building a healthy foundation for good mental health, and identifying and bringing subconscious negative beliefs and patterns to the conscious so that we can begin healing.
A healthy mindset can have a huge impact on our physical and mental health. We can do all things, but if we don’t get our minds right, we are not going to experience lasting success.
