Zap: “I think working at the Nashville entrepreneurs center, I managed membership and did a lot of events. It is what got me involved in the startup community so deeply because it was such a cool opportunity to get to meet so many founders, so many ecosystem builders and really see the entire startup ecosystem.”
Zap: “10 years from now we'll have more and more success stories. I want to see those founders kind of like donating back their time, their energy, their resources to keep that momentum going, that I think they're receiving right now, and kind of keep that friendly business community alive.”
Craig: “Nashville operates with their business leaders giving back is not the norm, and it actually can be quite sharp, like at these other locations, these traditional places like Silicon Valley.”
Craig: “The talent pool here is insane. I mean, every time ultimately being here for several months now, every time that we have a new hire, more often than not, they just happen to have come from Nashville.”
Zap: “I think the biggest thing is desire to learn. I think that's for any career in technology, because the industry is moving so much, so quickly. There's always new technologies. There's always something new to learn.”
