In these uncertain times, many are wondering how to stay safe, healthy, and fit. Fitness coach, Fabian Armenta joins me on this episode to talk about how he started a workout group in his community of River Islands in Lathrop, CA. He has inspired friends and neighbors to join him to get fit together, thru fun and challenging free sessions he holds in his garage. He even has a special children's fit club that meets in the warmer months at the community's park. With the quarantine, he has moved his trainings to Zoom, and has them 4 times a week, to keep us all motivated and fit! Fabian is truly a leader in his community and its residents, including myself are so grateful for him and his generosity and devotion.
