One of the NKRA's under the GTP is “Improving Urban Public Transport”.

The biggest complaint by the people has been the state of the public transportation system, which is deemed to be inefficient and inconvenient. 

The challenge then, is to put in place a public transportation system which is seamless and hassle free. 

Today, we’re talking about the free GoKL city buses, one of the initiatives to improve the situation.
