This week on the podcast we talk to sleep consultant Eva Klein on how to get a baby to sleep and sleep well. We talk about what a sleep consultant can help with, what Eva particularly helps with, how to determine when a baby is ready for sleep training (if sleep training is for you). We also discuss easy changes you can make at home to encourage better sleep for the baby and how to handle sleep regressions and development leaps.
