Today wanted I to hop on the mic solo-dolo and share with you a story of getting back on track. A couple months ago I was in kind of a funk, and while I was going through the feels, I fell off my spiritual practice. I stopped meditating, I wasn't loving myself as much as I used to, everything was dark...
But good news, I fought my way back! I had to take the time to breathe and realize that this state of being does not serve me, it is unproductive, it's suffocating, and I was struggling to keep my head above water. I knew that further down the line in my life if I allowed this to continue instead of trying to get back on track, I would have missed a lot of opportunities, and I would have to live with the regret of knowing that I gave up...and regret is worse than death itself.
