I've definitely uttered that a few times myself. But, I realized something about energy and actions when it comes to following through, and taking risks.

I'm back!

I took a much-needed break from the podcast, felt overwhelmed and lost. but I'm back, and there are a few changes coming!

A couple of months ago I was in kind of a funk, and while I was going through the feels, I fell off my spiritual practice. But good news, I fought my way back! I knew that further down the line in my life if I allowed this to continue instead of trying to get back on track, I would have missed a lot of opportunities, and I would have to live with the regret of knowing that I gave up...and regret is worse than death itself.

Julian is back, and he wants to interview me on my perspective on dating and relationships, what I look for in a partner, how my parents, and environment play a role.  Dating nowadays is subjective. Some people have a great time with it, and some can't be bothered with the silly little games, especially the text game... It's annoying. But like a lot of things in life, it's ups, and downs, trial and error until something, or in this case someone connects.

love seems to be a trending topic on this podcast, and I couldn't be happier, after all its the most powerful force in the universe, its the one thing we all want, its the one thing that can break, heal, and guide us!  Kanu is here, finally! been wanting to get him on this podcast, the moment I met Kanu I knew he was a pure soul. And he's not alone, we have another returning pure soul, the homie Yusso. Today we touched on self-care, dating and relationships, giving advice, and much more!

Nathan is back, along with his cousin Julian, whom I've not seen in years. So I brought him on to catch up and discuss a few topics. Recently he got married, and is working to save up to buy a place for him and his wife, but I also wanted a behind the scene scoop on what it's like to be married that young, the struggles, and the perks. But before we get to that part, Julian and for whatever reason, most people who listen to the podcast, want to know why I wouldn't let anyone put their finger up my butt.

Nathan is back in Toronto, after living in Vancouver for over a year! So I brought him on to talk about all the highlights, and what he's learnt about himself, and love.
