It's hard to get back on track with lifestyle goals such as health and exercise after vacation, moves, or some other event. Often these things get us right back into old behavior patterns. It becomes hard for the brain to go back and forth and just wants to settle somewhere. It knows the unhealthy lifestyle so it wants to settle there. But that's not what you want. You want to get back on track. You want to focus on your health and wellness goals. You have this plan for yourself and just need some encouragement and a few tools to get back on track.
