They say it takes 30 days to build a habit, right? Oh contraire. I completely disagree. It depends on a lot of factors: How long you've been doing the current habit, how much you enjoy the current habit, how much you dislike the new habit, what you tell yourself about doing the new habit, what you've been taught through parents, friends, society about both the old and new habits and if you "think" about the habit for 30 days but only do the habit 20 days, how many days have you actually worked on building the new habit?
