Listen Later

It is not easy to stay motivated and focused on your goals. There are so many things that get in the way. But worst of all is ourselves. We can be our own worst enemy! Self control is not usually innate. It is something learned. When we're resisting something using self-control, we're fighting the survival part of our brain saying "I need this NOW"...kind of like a toddler. Learning and using self control is not easy as it goes against survival, but we have a crap-ton of logic that we can use to help us through the difficult times. So stay tuned to this episode so you can start working on your self control today.
