Habit change is hard. We know that. There's a lot of information out there on this. The brain is hardwired to do what it currently is because it is known and therefore "safer" than doing something different and because it takes less brain power when something is on autopilot. The tools to change a habit and eat healthy, exercise more, participate in meditation, etc are pretty simple. The hard part is putting them in play long enough for the new habit to form. When we don't see a difference because of going to the gym, working out, eating better, meditating, practicing relaxation it is hard to want to continue. This episode will share three tips to provide encouragement and normalization of your experiences so you'll want to stick with the healthy eating routine, exercise plan, or other healthy habits you're trying to start and maintain.
