Sometimes the way we go about what we're trying to accomplish goes against who we are at our core. It makes it very hard to stick with the habit until it feels natural. I've tried blogging and Youtubing, but couldn't stick with either. I love getting my knowledge out to the world. It took podcasting to stay consistent. It aligns with me more because I'm not stuck at a computer. I can be my authentic self inside, outside, etc. I don't have to try and be "perfect". I don't have fancy equipment and a quiet room like NPR or other gurus. If you want your habit to stick, check if it's aligned with who you truly are.
